Sandi Pratley brings over 25 years of teaching experience and a deep commitment to helping students grow in confidence and capability.
A qualified Early Childhood Teacher and Director, she holds a Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) from the University of New England, a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and a Graduate Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Charles Sturt University.

With experience across early childhood, primary, middle school, and high school settings, Sandi specialises in supporting students who need extra assistance with literacy and numeracy. Her calm, thoughtful approach is grounded in real-world experience—guiding learners who may feel left behind, uncertain, or overwhelmed, and helping them take positive steps forward. She enjoys tailoring lessons that are engaging and focused on the individual needs of each student and believes that with the right guidance and support, every learner can thrive.

Sandi is also a mum of five (four now adults), and her personal experience raising a busy family gives her unique insight into the challenges and triumphs of learning at every age. She’s passionate about creating a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel safe to ask questions, take risks, and rediscover their love of learning. Outside the classroom, Sandi enjoys long treks, art galleries, and time spent cooking for family and friends.
